Boston area recreational tree climbers

We're called BARC, let's climb some trees!

Thanks to Andrew Joslin and Greg Mosman, 30 young people from the Franklin Park community climbed century old oak and birch trees this summer. They swung from ropes, overcame fears, and used muscles they didn't know they had to get high into the upper branches of some of the park's largest trees. Andrew is a wonderful teacher and encouraged the most overweight and most anxious youth - everyone participated.

Check out a few of the photos:

Join us in Franklin Park on Saturday, September 20th for the Fall Festival that will include tree climbing with Andrew.

Are you referring to the Franklin Park event or tree climbing in general?
